Skazz kicks off with discussing the now western relase of Phantasy Star Online 2. A games that has been out in Japan for appormently 8 years. They’ve made a number of changes to the game, which Skazz is less then please about.

TheSuffolkRam has been playing very Deus Ex feeling cyberpunk game with Observer, a mostly walking simulator with some survival horror elements. A really deep dark word involving mind rape, nanobots that eat people, and a big evil corporation.

We talk about out newest feature, the Rand(Nerds); Game Night. We’ve played a couple of games. A co-op puzzle game We Were Here in which skazz freezes to death, drowns, and gets stabbed. whilst Ram gets murdered. Plus how we got totally owned in Hunt Showdown.

Welcome to Episode 132, the return of the table!

We start up talking about Outlast, we completed our final part of our let’s play and give our final thoughts on the game.

Skazz then talks about Dauntless, the free to play Monster Hunter clone with cross-play, but with some quite bad flaws.

He then moves onto the ‘Dark Souls of Run and Gun shooters’ in cup head, he personally doesn’t find it as tough as everyone says and has some issues with the game style.

We Discuss and pass commentary on the first half of the season looking at the opening story, Spyfall parts 1 and 2, and discussing the shock return of the Master, and how the number of companions is both a hindrance and a help.

Then moving onto Orphan 55, the low point of the season with its overly fast-paced plot, contradicting character development, and strange costume choices.

Next up is Nikola Tesla’s Night of Terror, An improvement but some odd plot choices. We talk about episodes featuring historical characters and how they are dealt with.

Finally, we get to Fugitive of the Jadoon, the amazing episode with all the plots twist, Captain Jack, Ruth the Doctor and the coming back of the cyberman.

Welcome to Episode 130, our first podcast of 2020, and to celebrate the new decade, we’re doing a special episode for the occasion.

TheSuffolkRam and Skazz have been picking their games of the decade 2010-2019. The rules being they must new games or series released between those years. They are allowed one cheat game that breaks those rules.

For our first games, Skazz kick off with Destiny the multiplayer shooter from Bungee, the markers of Halo and Marathon, saving the universe from Aliens. meanwhile, TheSuffolkRam has been experiencing bleak Russian Sci-fi with his first choice, the Metro series.

Moving onto our next choice Skazz has gone for a blast from the past with a game he discussed on our very first Podcast, Hyperdimension Neptunia. Ram follow suit by discussing Dishonored.

Midway through our lists Skazz relive his Armored Core fantasy with the 2019 release Daemon ex machina. Ram similarly picks a game series that finished last year with Telltales The Walking Dead adventure game series.

We then move onto our penultimate choices, Skazz picking the Souls series of games and talks about the difficulty, Ram picks out the philosophic game SOMA and discuss the idea of brain downloading.

And finally, our last choice of game Skazz is split between Steins;gate, Senran Kagura, but finally settles on Asura’s Wrath. Ram finishes off with explaining his love of the Far Cry series.

The Doctor and gang get a free holiday to luxury resort tranquillity spa, but shortly after there arrival things go very wrong.

TheSuffolkRam talks about the good and bad points of the episode, including the special and particle effect, plot points and writing.

They have to survive against a corporation that knows everything about you. Meanwhile, the Doctor has to make her way through time in order to save the future.

This week hes look at the Doctor donning her tux in order to deal with a load of dead spys across the world. Plus a shocking ending.

Skazz has still been fighting the internet and making our favorite dictator Kim in The Sims 4. Turns out he doesn’t like Donald Trump, and has some surprising stories in his Sim Life.

TheSuffolkRam has been suffering a pretentious developer in Awkward Dimension Redux. A game that feels like the author watched some Unity tutorials, copied them and published them.

We then move onto our Christmas Activities: First starting with ‘letters’ from our ‘listeners/viewers’, plus we look at our Steam libraries and how much of our lives we need to dedicate to finishing them.

We kick off with discussing the game we played for Halloween, Outlast, we discuss how a great story can have poor execution and poor environmental storytelling, and how other games do it better. As well as some of the better animation and moments.

Ram has been watching part three of Money Heist, which follows on from the first two after the gang succeeded in robbing the Spanish Mint, one of the group get captured and held for torture.

Its no surprise that Skazz is still playing the Ys series of game with Ys 6: VI: The Ark of Napishtim, hes been testing to see if a bug with cut scenes not playing on linux happens on this version of the game as well.

Welcome to Episode 92

We start off by discussing the long running Ys game series, with Skazz talking about the most recent release Ys VIII, talking about how he has to try and escape from a cursed island by making friends and enemy’s along the way.

TheSuffolkRam has also been trying to escape from an island in the survival game The Forest. We talk about how to create atmosphere in games using the environment and NPCs and how a driving force is needed help encourage playing survival games.

We then move onto discussing our steam summer sales purchase, and for a strange change Ram has been purchased more then Skazz. We go through our lists, Skazz has been having a fighting game addiction and we discuss what controller he recommends.  Ram has a more diverse selection including a couple that annoy Skazz

When then move onto another foreign language TV series with 3%, following a group of 20 year old people taking there once in a lifetime test to escape their poverty stricken world to escape to the futuristic off-shore.

We kick off with us discussing Ram loudly updating dell laptop, and the joys of Windows update and how electronic devices are made, plus the joy of fixing other peoples PC’s.
